I can't recommend Alyssa Small and the Journey Health Practice enough! From the moment I requested an appointment, I felt welcomed by an incredible team of health advocates who truly care about their patients. After the removal of the emergency department by Peacehealth, for ethical reasons our family decided to try Journey Family Medicine and their counterpart Eugene Pediatric Associates. I love Journey Family Medicine. Meg Hamilton is very caring and genuinely eager to work with you on improving your health. She is extremely positive and a wonderful cheerleader! I have taken a few family members with me and they are very impressed. The front desk people were lacking for a while and it was frustrating but recently it seems to have improved a lot.
Just transferred care a few months ago to Journey Medical Clinic. From the go my experience has been absolutely amazing. The staff from front office, medical assistants and provider have been professional, welcoming and caring. I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. Thank you for making me feel informed and confident about my plan of care every time I leave your office.
