Good luck getting a phone call back or appointment. I was a client here and had my insurance change. I wanted to return, but they are not making that process easy. I do not recommend this place especially if you are a person that works during the day and cannot have immediate access to your phone. They are not willing to email you or set up a time to call you back.

Update: they refuse to communicate in writing, but won’t resolve anything via phone either and that’s how I got into this mess in the first place was by calling. Please have someone in charge of billing email me back today. This has been the worst communication I’ve ever had to deal with. I had a “new patient visit” in June. I have a high deductible health plan so I called to verify my total out of pocket cost BEFORE making an appointment. I can't recommend this clinic, and Megan Hamilton, my health care provider, highly enough. I feel welcome there, am always treated with warmth and kindness, and they go the extra mile to make sure you receive the care you need.

My experience with dr gray grieve was great they fixed my teeth and sometimes I got free cookies.
