This is probably the worst company I ever worked for. Definitely some issues. The per diem changed every job, some jobs we were paid 25$ a day travel pay. When they should have been per diem, excuse was they didn't bid it into the job! Who wants to sue these bastards like me?
This company has horrible communication and effort. They post jobs on Indeed that you are well qualified for. Then after wasting your time you get a lame excuse as to why they didn't want to move on to the next step in the hiring phase. If I were the owner I would definitely be looking into the Human Resources team and making immediate changes. Wasting people's time and energy shouldn't be Journeys objective.
Had 23 years of welding experience when I started working for this company, worked their just shy of 4 years, now I have 23-1/2 years of welding experience and 3-1/2 years of laborer experience .
