I am STILL waiting on my prescription to be filled and not only have I already paid for it, I can't get anyone on the phone to provide any explanation as to why my medication hasn't been sent to me. You have to pay for your visits and medication up front but there's clearly no guarantee that you will ever receive what you pay for. This place feels like a scam and highly advise against using them for KAP therapy.
Best in class team transforming mental health
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When my therapist sent my referral, she specifically stated a medication I was on and asked if it would be a problem and to get back to her. I am on a limited income, and my insurance did not cover the Kap Therapy, so I had to pay out of pocket. It was over a month before I could pay, and in all that time, no one reached out to my therapist to say my medication would be a problem.
