I bought a 2008 Ford Ranger from Riley a week ago. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want and delivered with a mint condition perfect little pick up truck! He was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Worst experience ever! I took my car here for a pre-purchase inspection and paid for a full check, expecting a thorough and honest assessment. Unfortunately, they completely missed a major safety issue — a fuel tank leakage. When I went back to discuss the problem, the manager Andrew even admitted it was their mistake, but still refused to fix it or take any real responsibility.
