Update: They also forgot to put my engine cover on after the recall work was done and couldn't even get the detailing they offered as compensation right. The manager also never took the time to chat with me in person when he had the chance which is sad. The person who was supposed to come pick up the vehicle to take back to get the engine cover was 40 minutes late which when you're dealing with an already upset customer you would think they would try to be close to on time. I cannot express my caution when coming to this dealership. I purchased a car here a year and a half ago and still think about how traumatizing my experience was to this day. I went to purchase my first car with the help of my dad. We decided upon a sedan which I took home the next day. Within less than 24 hours of me having the car, it completely broke down.
