Do not buy from these people . They lie with a straight face. Bought a truck over net as I live on island. Was sent pictures of truck and agreed to purchase the truck in pictures Was told it would be delivered to island within 3 days. Waited 5 days and no truck. Called Chance at dealership and he said bumper was damaged and he would fix. Waited another week and still no truck. I did not have a great experience and am still not having great experience. My salesperson was Chance, with Supervisor Zach. I went through First Nations Auto Financing, that deals with Journey Auto. I received my vehicle and there was a number of dents; 1 in particular was told they were not aware of on the bumper. They offered to get it fixed and did. After several texts and phone calls, I had to show up at their door. 1 dent on the bumper was fixed after 3 months of chasing. The engine light came on within the 2nd week an... read more
This place and the people are giving me a hard time. They promised me 2 keys to my truck and also a set of tires. And It has been over 4 months waiting. If I could, I would give them no stars. Their sister company is the dodge journey up the street. I have emailed called about my key and tires, and nobody answers back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to be treated poorly
To whoever is reading this that feels like all hope is lost in getting a vehicle, there is still a chance. I never thought itd be possible considering I have a really bad credit record, and felt like id lose my job because of some careless decisions i made and I felt like I'd never get back into a nice vehicle ever again until I found these guys and got in contact with them.
