This place has it all - the space is just the right size with all the equipment needed to constantly keep the workouts new and exciting, a great community of members who welcome and support newcomers, trainers and owners who motivate, inspire, and truly care, and a recovery room with a cold plunge, infrared sauna, and private shower. The workouts and recover have become one of the best parts of my day and I was able to lose 12 pounds and increase my endurance significantly during my 6 week challenge with them.

If you are looking for a great gym with personalized coaching this is your gym. I started in October and can tell you I’m addicted. I’ve grown so much and you could too.. it’s just that great!!! Check it out, come in for a class. Everyone is so nice it makes it so easy to love. I promise if you try, you will love it!!!!!!!

I joined Impact X Performance (IX) when it was called Journey 333. Since the beginning it has been more than a gym. Before joining, I had always been active going to a gym and doing something. Self motivating is so boring! I loved the IX coaches!
