I’ve finally found a place where I’ve been able to work towards my health/wellness goals in way that is fun and works. Everybody from the coaches to the members are incredible people who positively motivate each other to want to put in the work. Strong recommend.
This place is a true gem of a gym. Coaches and members are so encouraging. The functional fitness classes are always changing, challenging and FUN. Best of all is the positive mindset this place gives you. I always leave with a smile and you will too!
I highly recommend IXP! The coaches are great! It’s been a long time since I’ve been consistent with working out, IXP has given me the motivation to not only to increase my strength and endurance, but my mental health too. So thankful my friend introduced me to IXP!
This placed has changed my life. I never was one to go to the gym until I found Impact X Performance in Londonderry! I’ve made incredible friendships here and have gotten physically stronger in the process. I would highly recommend Impact X Performance to anyone!
I’ve always been in good shape but have started to plateau as I’ve gotten older. The coaches are great at pushing me and helping me modify the workouts to fit my needs. I’ve significantly increased my muscle mass since joining this gym.
