Dr. Launer was great, as was everyone that we interacted with during our visit. Our son was nervous to get an ingrown toenail taken care of and Dr Launer was patient and had a sense of humor which lessened our son’s anxiety. He was thorough and answered questions. We were referred to another podiatrist who would not see us for another 8 days and Optum got us in the next day. Thank you so much for helping us get in so soon.
We love Dr. Launer! He has gone above and beyond with my daughter. Answering every question and showing us that he cares about his patients! The entire staff is amazing!!
