Been going here for a while now, as a no insurance user, and the prices are more than fair/normal for what you would expect to pay elsewhere. Dj. Jourdain has been great with recommending treatment plans without breaking the bank, and ensuring my mouth is taken care of!
Would give this place zero stars if I could. Don't let the atmosphere fool you into thinking this place has its stuff together. And if you think im exaggerating, read the other reviews that seem to have similar issues. My parents went here to get their insurance-covered work done. My dad got through with no issues, but it got too late in the day to finish the same work on my mom. They were half done and asked her to come back the next day. Not recommend this to anyone
Too long of a story to write all the conversations I had with this clinic during the 3 days this happened. But just a word of advice: if you do decide to come here, make sure you ask how much it would be when making an appointment, ask again in person when you come, make them print out the estimate for you, and ask them again to double check before they start the work or else you’ll end up paying more than what they quoted because they “forgot” to add something to the estimate.
