I went to this salon just wanting the ends of my hair trimmed and a wash/blow dry/style. OMG...this girl would absolutely not listen. She cut one side...and I told her no I just want a trim of the ends of my hair not a complete new cut. Once she started on one side...she had to cut the other to somewhat get it even. Too...this girls vocabulary is lacking and she has a attitude issue. When a customer tells you politely what they want....don't make faces and cut where they don't want.
