Joulie has years of experience doing hair and she was so sweet, easy to talk to and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was also very quick, I have long, thick hair and sometimes it can be a 4 hour process but she finished my highlights in 2.5 hours. I will definitely be going back!
Joulie has been cutting my hair for 20 plus years! Needless to say I am quite happy with her professionalism and ability. We have become friends and I always look forward to my appointments. She is very funny and has the gift of gab like i rarely see. Highly recommended!
Joulie is especially great at color, and she has a technique for doing it in half the time but with still the same results.
I was looking for a new hairstylist that was more local, and Joulie was not it. She was rough, careless and rude. Not sure if everyone at Salon Nouveaux was like her, but I'll never find out. She actually left me sitting with my hair color, while she went to get lunch. When I asked after her on her return after 40 minutes, she said, everyone has to eat, you know.
