They don’t tell you this when you purchase a play pass or gift card. They don’t listen to these concerns and seem unwilling to refund . Most of these special events are during prime playtimes.
I had such a great time at Jou Jou with my toddler! The space is beautifully set up for little ones - safe, engaging, and full of thoughtful details that make it easy for both kids and caregivers to enjoy. We loved story time, and the staff—maybe the owner?—was incredibly kind and welcoming. It honestly felt like a little oasis. We’d come every day if we could! Can’t wait to visit again soon.
This is a great place to take your little ones! I have an 11mo old who played for almost two hours. My only complaint is the "designated baby area" had multiple older children running around it and taking toys down to the area for older kids. There is plenty for the older kids to do, I just wish the "designated baby area" was only for kids under a certain age.
This place is so much fun! Perfect play place for my 3 year old son. I love that their playground is accessible and my disabled toddler was able to use it and play freely. Thank you JouJou! We will be back
