JOTS Tree Service called me back within a couple hours, we scheduled an appointment to get a quote and by the next day my dead trees were chopped down, chipped up and removed. These guys are my go-to for all future tree service I need, they’re professional, fast and reasonably priced.
JOTS removed a very large ponderosa pine in my back yard a few summers ago, and not only did they complete the job in one day, they did a great job cleaning up! When I decided last week that the oak tree hanging over my house needed to go, Javier was the first person I called. He gave me a quote within a day, and the tree was gone within that same week. Great guy, professional crew, highly recommend!
Great group of guys. They were punctual, gave a quick and common sense estimate and was able to work with me. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday and the work was done come Friday afternoon. Very respectful.
I have used JOTS to remove approximately 7 trees and stumps on my property over the last 5 years. The owner and all employees have been professional, congenial, and very efficient at the work they do. The tree removals have all been quickly performed, which is important because I live in a residential neighborhood where parking is scarce and noise is frowned upon; JOTS has always been absolutely accommodating of these concerns and they don't dilly-dally when removing trees. Absolutely terrible. The owner Javier, came out to provide an estimate for removal of a small madrone and some limb trimming. The entire time he was here he moaned and groaned about the angle of the hillside, and he acted like the whole thing was just a big inconvenience. Talking to him was like pulling teeth, he barely said two words; it was as if he was trying to lose business. I remained patient and agreeable to what little he had to say.
