While my original frustration was real, particularly over being unable to complete a purchase because I was one cent short of the minimum order requirement, I appreciate that they took the time to listen and respond thoughtfully. I got their 15oz sublimation mugs and they look great. No notes on shipping. Excited to work on my project!
I am not impressed with the puzzle sublimations. I foolishly ordered them because they are standard sizes to fit frames. The sublimation surface is way too thin, the blank itself is way too thin and flimsy. I tried on the 99 piece, the 252 piece and the 500 piece. All of them are ruined. Not one of them is usable. The surface literally lifts off the cardstock/cardboard. I find Joto a pleasure to deal with. Any questions or concerns that I've reached out to them about have been addressed lightning fast without any kind of run around, which is so refreshing in this day and age. Not to mention their high quality products, great delivery & pickup. I highly recommend them!
My business ordered mugs from Joto and were extremely disappointed to find broken and chipped mugs in every box we received including the replacement mugs sent to us. This put a huge strain on completing a client order. Please find better packaging for delicate products so this doesnt happen to others.
