Any questions or concerns that I've reached out to them about have been addressed lightning fast without any kind of run around, which is so refreshing in this day and age. Not to mention their high quality products, great delivery & pickup. I highly recommend them!

My business ordered mugs from Joto and were extremely disappointed to find broken and chipped mugs in every box we received including the replacement mugs sent to us. This put a huge strain on completing a client order. Please find better packaging for delicate products so this doesnt happen to others.

Joto been great even on my trip to bc went too there offices and got new stuff they always deliver great sublimation blanks Jason smith is the best he helped up a lot being a new business in all

I have a sublimation printer SG1000 that we were having a very rough time with. It seemed that every time we wanted to use it, it took an entire day of lost revenue to get it to work. Every time we called we were given the run-around and I had pretty much given up hope on it ever working. In fact, I actually threatened to ship it back to the company C.O.D.
