Ordered my daughter cap and gown and all I got in the box was a diploma frame and no cap and gown..now i don’t know what to do.. I send emails and no response ..such bad service
I said a 2 star because LORDDDDD. You guys are so hard to reach like always. Even on when I think it’s not busy season.
Horrible year book service! They send a last minute text saying you have till tomorrow to buy a yearbook! Only 300 available! The school year just started, it’s September..my daughter attends memorial high school..it’s her senior year, we haven’t gotten her last 3 year books because of this company! We need life touch out here in the valley! Plus no customer service to talk too!
