Takes for ever to respond. Sent email and no response.
So hard to reach. I got the wrong order and have been leaving messages no call back nothing.
Ordered my daughter cap and gown and all I got in the box was a diploma frame and no cap and gown..now i don’t know what to do.. I send emails and no response ..such bad service
I said a 2 star because LORDDDDD. You guys are so hard to reach like always. Even on when I think it’s not busy season.
