I had a great experience working with Mark and Stephanie Boyer in regard to my Jostens ring and grad package order. The products themselves are excellent quality, honestly I was surprised! I ordered a class ring (which included the cap and gown package), announcements, photos on card stock and a grad frame. Note: I highly recommend Jostens photo cards over Shutterfly, the quality of image was superior. Thank you for making this special time in my grad's life memorable with lasting keepsakes.

UPDATE: office was closed for the summer. Upon return a refund was issued. I’m happy it was resolved. Better communication about the office being closed would have helped. INITIAL REVIEW: Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I purchased an item (frame for a diploma) that needed to be replaced. The local employees were communicative until they learned I needed a replacement then it was radio silence. Very sad. I'm out over $70 due to a busted item I cannot use and still have to purchase a replacement.

Ordered a graduation package in December. Still haven't received my son's hoodie. First shipment had half the order missing, even though the invoice said delivered. 2nd shipment was still missing the hoodie. Here we are 6 months after my order was placed, and still haven't received everything. My son's graduation is next week and he never got a chance to wear his senior hoodie to school. I've spent over 2 hours on the phones with their reps trying to get my order correct. They are horrible
