Great customer service
Beware - 30 day rule for raising any concerns…..I wish I could give zero stars, please avoid ordering anything from jostens…. I placed an order for a stole along with other things, I never received the stole and when I called today , they say that they have a 30day rule … if I don’t mention anything within 30 day they can’t process or do a refund…
Never received reimbursement for shipping cost after I was told I would.
