By far one of the WORST companies i’ve ever had to work with. Worst people to try to get in contact with. if you can i’d HIGHLY recommend doing graduation stuff with another company. They had so many mess ups on my announcements, misspelled names, then COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAMES, called PLENTY of times never got a call back just had to continuously call to actually make the final payment, wouldn’t negotiate on making our price cheaper or a refund because of the lack their company has!! I do NOT recommend .!
Their sales representatives won’t call you back. The phone number is now stating not in service. Called corporate office and got run around. They have my item but can’t get it because I can’t get in contact with them. They had no problems taking money but I’m having problems getting my item. DO BETTER!!!! We the customers should be your main priority!!!!! If I could give a negative zero star I would. This is just unacceptable when dealing with customers and their money for items.
Extremely poor customer service. No one will answer the phone and they are only open Mon to Fri from 9am to 3pm in the summer and still close an hour for lunch. Went to the store and it is locked up with no way to contact anyone and just a sign on the door saying they are open but they aren’t really.
