I would give this maybe 1 star, as I purchased my son's school pictures back in early September 2017. They sent me the wrong picture order. I called and they said they would send me out a new one (the right picture package) as I paid $51 for these. I have left several voice mails on their phone (with maybe 1 or 2 calls back), and when I get somebody they tell me its in the mail.
