If you can use another company do it. I ordered my child a Cap and Gown she graduates in 19 days they don't know where my order is. I called them and they said they need to contact the sales rep but he has 72 hours to respond and they only work by email. By that time it will only be 15 days. If it took me 72 hours to respond to my clients I would not have any. I wish I could give them negitive stars.
Everything was horrible. My Daughter yearbook wasn’t done correctly. Her cap and gown was missing stuff. My order was messed up! (still to right now.) I still haven’t gotten everything correct or taken care of. I’m so disappointed Josten

Left my daughter out of the yearbook. Totally unacceptable. Took months to even get a refund. Deserves zero stars. You guys are trash
The communication with this company is absolutely ridiculous! I was so happy at first that the school was going through this company other than Lifetouch with their high prices. As far as for their pictures we did receive those and was happy with them for the most part however, with their YEARBOOK services, omg! So my CC was recently stolen and i had to get a new one and not only is there no way to update payment information but trying to get customer service on the line is so time consuming to get no one.
