Terrible. Worst customer service. They don’t call back. Ordered a tassel for my son’s graduation which was very expensive and they never sent and don’t return emails. Now he doesn’t have the right tassel for graduation. Unfortunately we didn’t get a choice in what company to use for our school items.

Received the cap and gown that I paid $140. It's Halloween costume quality. This company has no standards and they should be ashamed. Disgusting and shame on CCSD for using this company. I'm sure they get kickbacks. This is a day worked for and students shouldn't have to worry about their gowns falling apart. I'm glad I didn't buy the jewelry. It's probably quarter machine quality that turns your skin green. Shameful greed.
Cheap caps. I ordered my cap and gown for my end of May graduation and the cap is already falling apart. All the sides of the cap are falling apart. I dont think they were ever stitched correctly
Im a student from durango HS. Lance just came to my high school a few days ago and i was interested in viewing potential ring options. Upon walking into the store I was greeted with a rather frazzled woman with dark hair and she took a few phone calls while me and my parent were sitting in the cramped lobby.
