i wont be going back to them. I think it's really cheesy of the company to expect the parents to pay for cap and gown in the month of November the month before Christmas that's pretty messed up. im already having problems getting my kids stuff for xmas now they made it impossible. thanks for nothing.
Received the wrong school colors for the tassel. Called and emailed company and received no apology. Was told we could pick up another tassel at pickup of cap and gown. Did not realize the cap and gown Order came with a free tassel.I ended up paying an extra $16 for a tassel that I did not need and that I didn't even receive. The company gave my son the free tassel expecting that would be an OK replacement for the $16 replacement. Had to call the company again and ask to have the tassel i paid for be mailed to me.
