I was devastated when my son forgot to pick up his cap n gown from the school on delivery day. With pictures scheduled for the next week I didn't know what to do. After just one message the items were delivered in time. I teared up when I got the package. Thank you so much for your help. What a relief.

I wish I could give them a ZERO. Did you know we have local small businesses who do letterman’s jackets? SKIP JOSTENS! I repeat DO NOT USE JOSTENS for letterman jackets!!!! See attached photo…. I began this on April 8th and it was to have about 8 week turn around. It’s December 10th…. 8 months later and we still don’t have the right jacket. We waited MONTHS. Terrible customer service, nobody knows what is going on and nobody can give a straight answer. Don’t waste your time.

i wont be going back to them. I think it's really cheesy of the company to expect the parents to pay for cap and gown in the month of November the month before Christmas that's pretty messed up. im already having problems getting my kids stuff for xmas now they made it impossible. thanks for nothing.
