I thought jostens was better. Did Better for the people, but now I 100% disagree that they care about their employees or customers for that matter. If not they wouldn’t have made as many cuts as they have this year in 2023. People that have been there for years, just cutting them loose and hiring people from the DR. Only because it costs Jostens less money, but what about the people? Sad and heartbreaking if you ask me. 0/10 recommend. You have let us down Jostens.

Just heard that jostens won’t work on my ring because they say it was worked on by a third party. Funny thing is, they don’t recognize their own work. They replaced a nice script on the chevrons with stamped letters, which looked all right until the last one, which looks like it’s trying to run away from the rest of the letters. I won’t be dealing with them, again.

Good work atmosphere with fellow employees. Though I no longer work here after some big changes.
