Today I received my Yearbook, which was delivered to the school 2+ weeks behind schedule. This is inexcusable lateness considering that even if Jostens had needed to reprint and bind the entire order of Yearbooks, they would have likely arrived quicker. Upon examining my 2-week-late Yearbook, I found a series of mistakes which the Yearbook company I was previously with never made.
