Jostens took out $91.30 from my checking account in error. I've called and requested my money back several times and I'm told " We didn't not take the money out of your account" my bank is also refusing to reverse this because I have "no proof" that this particular payment wasn't authorized! Josten took ANOTHER unauthorized $91.29 from my checking account on 12/6/2020. This has happened 2 times and I'm and by no means pleased! Noone can tell me how or why this is happening! I want my refund back ASAP!

My daughter didn't communicate that she wanted a spirit pack. However, after I called one time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They sent her stuff the next day!! So thankful!!
