Jost Homes did an amazing job building our home. John is a great communicator and top notch contractor. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is noticed by everyone who visits our house. John, Sam and Tim take pride in their work and it shows in the final product.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Jost Homes. From the very first visit by John, I knew that this project was going to go exactly as planned. We set a budget and a time line and it was followed to the very end. Sam (project manager) and his team were fabulous to work with. Sam was very accessible and was extremely professional through the entire process. In the end, the project exceeded all of our expectations. I've known John for several years. He's as honest and as skilled as they come! He's actually built two homes for my family, both of which turned out better than I hoped for! He was willing to hear my ideas and try new things, but also steered me in the right direction when my ideas were too big. ;-) Cannot recommend Jost enough!!!
I have nothing but great things to say about Jost Homes. Jost Homes made the entire building process a dream. They have an amazing team of people that are very helpful throughout the entire build. We needed to tear down our older house and the entire infrastructure; it wasn't worth remodeling it this was a huge decision. We worked with at least 5 different builders to try and come up with some options we had a unique situation with what we could build on our lot. We never could pull the trigger with our options.
