Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The office was easy enough to find. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
