Just overall not a positive experience and ended up costing more than felt it was worth. Wouldn’t buy/rent from them again. But the neighbors are nice and friendly!
Vikki has sold 14 houses for us in 2018. In addition, Vikki has managed our rental properties. She has done an amazing job!
Most of the responses listed here indicate upon entering a contract with Josselyn. My advice would be document every damage identified, test everything, blinds, fans, and gutters. Document the condition of cleanliness OR lack thereof. Do not volunteer to do anything as a courtesy for moving in. If the AC breaks down and not fixed in 24 hours, seek a remedy. Everyday without AC should be deducted from that month.
We have only had a great experience with Vikki! Shes accommodating, understanding, professional and punctual. She was our property manager and took of everything in a very timely manner. I sincerely appreciate all her work and would highly recommend her.
I'll be back to write my review for Miss Vikki as in on the road right now and the praise I have for her is going to take a little more time because she's just just that darn AWESOME. THIS IS SOMEONE YOU WILL NEVER REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH. SHE'S THE BEST THERE IS, THE BEST THERE WAS AND THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE.
