Used Joslin for 10 years Well made, quality upholstery. Wide selection of materials.
I had a fairly poor experience with Joslin's upholstery. They were professional and communicative at first, but the quality of their work is below average in my experience, and their communication is lacking overall. I took my Knoll sofa to them to be reupholstered with my own fabric that I purchased. They accommodated a quick turnaround, but they did not get the style of the sofa correct. Quality work done quickly. We had chairs re-springed and upholstered a number of years ago and they've stood up to a ton of abuse from animals, kids, spilled food, etc. The fabric options are great, lots of variety and different price options. We get compliments regularly on the chairs.
