When you walk into a barbershop, you expect professionalism and respect. Talking or laughing about customers, especially guessing their background or nationality, is unprofessional and makes people uncomfortable. A workplace should treat everyone with dignity.
One of the guy over there who wears the hat backwards with beard doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Poor service from him. He doesn’t know how to respect his customers. Poor!
It’s been my go-to barber shop for the past 4 years, and I used to really enjoy coming here, especially when the previous owner was around — she was always professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. In the last few months, I visited twice, and both times the two barbers were just sitting there playing games.
