Josie is a great Realtor! Josie not only sold our house in 24 hours over asking price, she also helped us buy our dream home. During both transactions, Josie was supportive, helpful, and always on call for any of our questions or concerns. I recommended Josie to my family members who also bought and sold utilizing Josie as their Realtor and they also had positive experiences. I will continue to recommend Josie for anyone buying or selling in the Lake of the Ozarks area.
