Josie went above and beyond! My family and I spent a week at a VRBO in the Ozarks. We had such a great time, and had been considering looking for a lake house of our own. As we were leaving town, we saw Josie's billboard, my husband jokingly said, "Call Josie!" So, I did. She invited us into her home right there on the spot!
