I was fortunate to come across Josie via LinkedIn due to my interest in health and wellness coaching and I recently had a couple of sessions with Josie. I found Josie to be a skilled coach and great listener- she was able to help me identify some of the root causes of some issues I am experiencing and gave me lots to explore and think about.
