Josie is really great. She is the perfect mix of care and knowledge and has helped me a lot when I was feeling lost and overwhelmed. Josie gave me space to explore and I never felt rushed or wrong. Thank you Josie!
Working with Josie has been such a pleasure. The combination of her lived experience, education and ability to explain complex theory in easy to understand ways, supported me as a therapist myself and to help me go in and do the inner work. She challenged me in healthy encouraging ways and I felt I could approach her about anything without feeling judged. I would highly recommend working with Josie and will be continuing to work with her in future.
As a TPI veteran battling MDO and PTSD I have been undergoing treatment since my military service ended. I unfortunately experienced Josie in a group setting alongside many other traumatised patients. Sadly I, nor the other unfortunate patients received the experience in the reviews below.
