I made an urgent request to fill my prescription as not having it was detrimental to my health and wellbeing. Doctor did not make time to meet with me and did not even respond to my request not even on a phone call. Instead a nursing staff person responded and said the Doctor does not contact patients outside of scheduled appointments. Doctor lacks empathy for patient's requirements for care and does not take the time to contact patients appropriately. Doctor hides behind nursing staff and shirks responsibility. Dr.Hagen listens to me which is most important. He shows empathy and cares about his patients. This is the only doctor I’ve ever liked. He is up to date with the times and society that we live in.
