This is hands down the worst salon experience I have ever had. That stylist Jossy is unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He talks down to customers, acts like he’s doing you a favor for basic service, and has zero customer care. He clearly does not know how to speak to people with respect and has no sense of how to treat paying customers. I recently visited Josi styles for my hair styling appointment and was really impressed with the service. The staff were welcoming, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Josi did an amazing job – I left feeling confident and happy with my new look! The salon itself is clean, stylish, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality hair styling and great customer service.

Honestly, even one star feels like too much. The guy working there was super rude and had a bad attitude the whole time. It was really uncomfortable, and the way he acted was anything but professional. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
