I want to tell everyone how great it is to have a Pediatric dentist that truly cares for his patients! My son, who is 11 , cried for two nights with a tooth ache. I called Dr. Wren on a Saturday during the Christmas season and he did not hesitate to open his closed business to treat my son! He was wonderful with my child. Our dentist suggested Dr. Wren and at 4:30pm was able to get us an appt for 11:30am the next day . We arrived at Dr. Wren's office and I could tell my son was getting scared but as soon as we walked in the lobby the receptionist started talking to him and I was suprised how calm and relaxed he became . We checked in and were called back to get x-rays (the x-ray were a problem the day before) but the staff did everything they could to make my son and myself more at ease . I absolutely LOVE this Dentist!! My 2 children go here and they love him!! They are 5 and 2 and go back by themselves..I have insurance that Dr Wren is not in network with and they assured me the same thing!! and I didn't have to pay one red cent!!! All insurance companys are different, some don't pay as well as others and I feel it is the insureds responsiblity to know what there insurance benefits are! MADE APPT FOR ROUTINE CLEANING I GAVE SECRETARY MY INSURANCE INFORMATION TO GET EXACT CHARGES BECAUSE I AM ON A STRICT BUDJET. SHE ASSURED ME I WILL NOT NEED ANY OUT OF POCKET MONEY BECAUSE THE ROUTINE CLEANING WAS COVERED UND INSURANCE. 1 MONTH LATER I GOT A BILL FOR 150.00. I CALLED AND THAT’S WHEN SHE APOLOGIZE THAT THEY WERE NOT IN THE NETWORK AND THE INSURANCE DID NOT COVER THE ENTIRE BILL.
