The front office staff are nice. I never waited long to see the doctor. Dr Wong is very polite and professional. He listens, we have a conversation about my care. I feel that we are working together. Also he portrays my treatment and condition realistically. I have communicated with him via the patient portal in between appointments very successfully. Overall, I am very happy with Dr. Wong and the Fixel Institute.
Dr. Wong showed attentiveness, interest, and care. He took the time needed to analyze and understand what I am going through with Parkinson’s.
