Very friendly and welcoming. She knows a lot about her craft and does amazing work.
This is the place to go if you're looking for a lamp shade. Susan can make a custom shade for you! However, I took my shade to Susan for new lining. She did an amazing job. It looks gorgeous. Susan is also a very sweet person and easy to work with. She has so much talent!
