My husband has had Dr. Tate over his two stays in Huntsville Hospital Jan 2024 and April 2025 he listens as the others did not, my husbands sugar went about 500 and they just would not listen it is never this high at home we do not allow it, Dr Tate last night listened to him and adjusted his insulin not sugar has been 160 lunch and at 3 this afternoon noon we are happy and will be making future appointments with Dr. Tate. I do not know where to begin, So I will just begin. Dr. Tate saved My life, that is that in a nut shell' Dr. Tate first seen me in June of 2024 at Huntsville Hospital and was my ICU Dr. when I went into Diabetic Keto Acidosis with an A1C of 12.5 my Triglycerides and Cholesterol was maxed at above 400 and I was on the brink of complete shutdown. I had my first appointment with Dr Tate today. First appearance was awesome with a fist bump. Very personable and straightforward. I am so happy to be a patient of his now. He throughly explained why he wanted me to start some different medications then had the pharmacist come in and explained them to me again! Wonderful experience and I’m glad that he and the staff is on this diabetes journey with me. Highly recommend
Dr. Tate is thorough, compassionate and engaging. He remains current regarding the best available treatment options. He has my highest recommendation!
