Dr. Tate saved my life!! I was diagnosed Diabetic Type 2 in 2021 and, in short, nothing I did or medicine I took fixed my blood sugar long term. This went on for 4 years with my blood sugar running out of control. Dr. Tate took the time to look at my history and run the proper tests to find out I was actually Type 1.5 and no amount of diet or Metformin was going to fix that - only insulin would help. Dr Tate is the BOMB . COM!!! He listens to me and is the BEST Dr EVER!! We need more Dr's like him! His staff is also very friendly and helpful. His nurse is VERY prompt in returning calls and responses. A+++++ Doctor and staff!!!

Knowledgeable, caring and personable.Able to put preventative measures in place for a great outcome.Very intuitive. Dr.Tate and his wife Hope are the best I have seen in a long time.
Highly upset with the responses and care ive received from my last visit. Time to find another provider. They've dropped the ball one time to many.
