Dr.Stern is very compassionate and knowledgeable. He explains everything in a manner in which I can easily understand. Dr. Stern is an excellent listener and he is very thorough.
The person scheduling appointments was very understanding of my situation. Initially there was no availability until July, but she said she would let me know if there was a cancellation. Shortly after hanging up she called back to say she had an opening that week. When I saw Dr Stern he explained my options and I felt very comfortable knowing I was in good hands.
Dr. Stern is respectful and kind. He spent as much time with me as I needed and answered all my questions. He never made me feel like I was on a conveyor belt or that he was in a hurry. I feel that I am safe in competent, skilled, and caring hands.
Dr. Stern was very thorough, friendly and professional. I am completing the examinations he recommended and will follow up for multiple procedures with him.
