Wonderful Pediatricians! These doctors are the best! I started with them when my second child in 2005. At that time I lived in West Baltimore, so the travel time was no problem. In 2009 I moved completely on the other side of town to East Baltimore County....I stayed with CP because they are the best and my children deserve great doctors. The staff are always courteous and professional. I never wait more than 10-15mins before the boys are taken for vitals and placed in a room to be seen by the doctor(s). Rani I love these doctors. All of them are great, whether its a well child visit or something more serious. My 2-month old was hospitalized for RSV virus at Johns Hopkins. The doctors gave me their cell number and told me to call any time with questions. They were wonderful advisors and followed and helped with my baby's recovery. They also provided great moral support.
These are the people you want taking care of your children. We first met Dr. Madden (male) in 1999 when interviewing pediatricians before the birth of our first born. When he left that practice, we noticed a change in care. We found him again and quickly joined his new practice, now with Doctors Miller (female) and Saini (female). The entire office is simply wonderful.
Ms The doctors, nurses and other office staff are all nice except that the billing person needs to be fired. She has done several of our claims incorrectly, submitting to the wrong insurance (we changed insurance once), lying on the phone. We talked to her at least 5 times for one mistake, she promised she would correct the problem but never really did anything. We received another bill from her recently, for which the insurance paid already 8 months ago but for some reason she retracted the claim now and tried to submit it ... read more
Wendy I have three children one is special needs and Dr. Madden is awsome with all three especially my special needs daughter. Dr. Madden really listens and the whole staff has gone above and beyond. When I call for one of my normal kids they know I can wait to talk to a nurse but, when I am calling about my special child they know it's urgent and get a nurse asap and I don't even have to ask. I Highly recommend Dr. Madden!!
dr madden Hello everyone this is my first time writing a reveiw but i am so thrilled because dr. madden is the best i love him he is great with my children and he makes sure to follow up !!! he is very explaining on any questions or concerns that i have with my children. he never rushes you out of the office and he actually takes his time witch most doctor dont do !!! Miller & Madden Pediatrics is a great pratice! I have been with this group since 2004. They are a wonderful group of doctors. They are very responsive and follow up to make sure that my children are getting well.
Miller & Madden Pediatrics is AWESOME I very rarely offer reviews but in this case I had to. I have been with this group since 2002. I was a first time mom with a pre- mature baby and all the fears that went along with that. To say that they were patient with all my calls and concerns is an understatement. Comfort and Competence I called this practice when the original pediatrician I selected following a friend's referral was unable to see/help my new baby who was not "pooping" for upwards of a week (sorry for the specific description, but you new first time parents out there know my pain, I'm sure).
