Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been very disappointing. The receptionist, Maria, was quite rude, and I was told the next available appointment would be in several months. I was advised to go to my primary or a walk-in clinic instead, which was surprising given that I have an urgent skin concern. It’s a shame because Dr. Shofner came highly recommended, but accessing care here has proven extremely difficult.
Dr. Shoffner has that rare mix of professionalism, friendliness, and talent that is hard to come by these days. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
Dr. Shofner and all of the staff at Dermatology & Associates are amazing. I would not trust anyone else with my skin care.
