I missed appts cause my job so I get punished I had 3 back surgery a hole in my neck breathe out my neck an they tell me without any notice they booted me from his care no median I said can he give me meds till I get another doctor cause I'm n a lot of pain do to my disability sorry have a good day how terrible to be punished like that for having a job
I don't give med reviews often, certainly not lightly, I've seen Dr. Shepherd for two + years now. He's down-to-earth, compassionate, a great evaluator of your issue and a master at his craft. I don't feel like just another patient, closer to a friend that needs advice and help. He's certainly given me hope when chronic pain becomes overwhelming. The check in process was smooth and easy the MA is the best in the business, funny, efficient, great at her job. Dr. Shepherd listens and treats me as a whole patient. He is understanding and knowledgeable and tries every option available He's never just dispensed prescription and that's it he cares about all the issues I'm having
Dr Shepherd was the only Dr who listened to the whole of my issues and then gave me options. He understood me as a whole not just a pain patient. His MA is the best I have ever encountered I would recommend this Dr and his staff whole heartedly. They give the best care possible. If you need a Dr this is the one to trust!
I have been seeing Dr Shepherd for years and because of a financial strain trying to pay my bills with a disability taking time away from work and my extreme pain levels (chronic regional pain syndrome) and severe depression due to my pain. Everything goes smoothly at this office I highly recommend them they are super good and friendly. Staff is friendly and great and helpful doctor explained everything well so happy I found him.
Well I wrote a great review in regards to the care I received from Dr Shepherd a few yrs back. He is a wonderful Dr however my view on his receptionist which she needs to remember that's what she is. Is awful. She makes a mistake and trys to cover it up by discharging me. Which I found a better solution for my care but patient privacy also wasnt a priority when talking to my patient mother. I am 38 she doesn't have a right to know my situation but whatever not for me.
Dr Shepherd is a wonderful doctor and his staff is amazing as well. He has played and integral part in my life helping improve my quality of life while I suffer from RSD/CRPS. Without his help I would have given up long ago. He understands my fears of certain medications and is open to trying new things for me. He is very encouraging each time I see him and I always leave with a little more hope for less pain in my life. I would highly recommend him as your doctor as well. He is a wonderful Dr.
