I'm extremely disappointed with the advice Dr. Griffin provided for my mom's torn meniscus. Unfortunately, his recommendations fell short of our expectations, and we left feeling misled. While Dr. Griffin seemed knowledgeable, his guidance didn't align with our concerns or needs. This guy was everything I DON'T want in a doctor. After waiting over an hour, he finally got to my room around 4:30 pm. He was condescending, impatient, rude, he absolutely refused to listen to me.. He cut me off every single time I tried to ask a question. He had a solution for my health issues before he even came in the room. After my experience with Dr. Griffin I felt obligated to leave this review. I’m also considering reporting him to the Texas medical board. I saw Dr. Griffin on 4/15/24 with severe right knee pain which left me unable to bear weight. X-rays were taken of both knees at the time of the visit. Make sure you call your insurance before you go to this office because his office staff is not trained in patient insurance nor is his medical billing department trained. They do not accept any responsibility for not obtaining referrals or getting any prior authorization before you are seen and they won't lift a finger to do their due diligence.
