I had received great care at this practice-until I missed an appointment. I was sick the day of the appointment and, due to medication, slept through my appointment time.  I called the next day and explained my situation and asked to be rescheduled. I was told I would no longer be a patient at the practice since I had missed one appointment. No questions asked, no explanation requested. I have never had an experience like this before with any doctors’ office. I’m 74 years old; things like this happen. Be forewarned.

All I wanterd was a regular teeth cleaning. So , in order for that to happen you must first get an exam and Xrays. There was a special so I opted for that for 100 bucks. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and would cost just over $1500.00 which I do not have living off of a pension. I could get it for half that amount if I pay a monthly fee of 35.00, another bill i really cannot afford. The Renken Dentistry in Georgetown, 5725 Williams Drive, was a great place to be when one has to go to the Dentist for some dental work. I , David Metevier was there this morning for my appointment at 11:00am and they were fantastic. I really felt like a Prince going to the Dentist and that is how they treat you. With care and professionalism. Thank you Brittney and Tiffany, and the whole staff.
