I do NOT recommend living here. It's the worse place I've ever lived. Absolutely 0 management, no rules are enforced. They do not take care of this property nor do they care one thing about the tenants but they sure don't mind going up on the rent. Management sucks, they're the absolute worst.
I have been out here 10 years and this used to be a wonderful community. A nice quiet place where people could retire and enjoy country living. Now, I guess the city folk decide to move on in and they bring their loud booming car stereos blasting late at night, cats running all over the place and people speeding through the neighborhood. Breaks my heart.
AWESOME! Place to live! Country in the City! Love living here. I've lived here 16+ years. It's Quite, nice neighborhood, Great Neighbors! Love to see the cows & horses in the pastures, when they are here. Love seeing goats & chickens down the countryside. Love seeing the rabbits when I leave for work every morning, and love seeing the squirrels chase around & up the tree, and love seeing all the birds. And at night seeing the stars! LOVED! The owners!
