My experience has always been stellar. The staff is welcoming, including the office dog. All the rooms are exceptionally clean and the plants and music are calming. I never have to wait long. When I have a situation with my teeth or gums, they have a plan to help me address it. Finally, and most importantly, the professional job performed by every team member is always in the 9-10 range and makes going to the dentist as pleasant an experience as it can be.
Dr Opperman and his team are so thorough- the best dentist and staff in the NW- I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Very thorough and reasonable.
My appointment for my crown prep went more smoothly than anticipated, because of your expertise as a dentist and the great assistant you had working with you. I really appreciated that you explained things step-by-step and made the procedure as painless as possible.
The staff @ Joshua R. Opperman Dentistry are EXTREMELY KIND, WARM, CARING & COMPASSIONATE People. I LOVE that there is an office dog named Bennie who comes in to see all the different patients and if they allow him to he will get on their lap and lay down for pets, which is VERY, VERY CALMING!!! I LOVE this office & it's staff and I DON'T LIKE GOING to the Dentist. I would give them more than 5 starts if I could.
