I would honestly give a score of zero if that were an option. Langford was the most disrespectful surgeon I have ever met. While rudeness doesn't trouble me as much, the fact that he damaged my knee due to an ankle issue when I was just 15 is unforgivable. I was preparing for a future in college sports and sought help for a defect in my ankle, with no previous knee issues at all. He took cartilage from my knee to repair my ankle, leaving a void in my knee that he filled with a putty-like material. He even admitted to my moth... read more
Used Dr. Langford for a broken arm, from a work related accident. The best doctor I’ve ever been to. Very personable and explained every process with sincere concern. Highly recommend as my arm is as good as new. Thanks, Dr. Langford.
This is a warning about Dr. Langford. He did knee replacements on both my knees and I can no longer walk. I am basically bed ridden. He talks a good game but once you agree to surgery that is the last you see of him except maybe 5 minutes in the office thes of the time your care is with a student.
Dr.Langford is super! He always has been so helpful and I recommend Him highly! I also appreciate the staff Debbie, Kaley & Victor and their kindness too!??
He operated on my knee and had to 3 additional surgeries to repair the same problem and know I can’t walk. I went to another surgeon in his group and he said he would have never done the surgery with my weight. Dr. Langford will not see me for follow ups and I get a resident
EXCELLENT DR, GOD BLESS HIM
He maybe a great surgeon but the lack of follow up by the staff and the surgical team makes you feel like a robot. Leaving a number on the clinical line is a joke no one ever calls back. It is impossible to speak to a live person that can help you they just transfer you to a recording.
My MRI concluded that I have a bulging disc between my vertebra L5 n sacrum S1. I never had any back problems before the surgery. I also, go to my primary doctor annually and never complained about back problems. After, my surgery Dr. Langford stated he had to literally hammered the rod out my leg. The worse thing he said that could happen as a risk factor was an infection or if the rod cannot come out he would leave it in and just removed the screws.
He's a great surgeon and doctor but if he has 5-10 minutes to talk with you then you caught him on a good day. The PA usually spends a little more time but not much. They do explain-quickly what is going on and what needs to be done but I hate the feeling I am. Sing rushed out the door. I HAVE WAITED AS LONG AS 3 1/2 hours to see the MD. That was the worst experience but waits of up to two hours are the norm. It took 6 weeks to see a PA for a cortisone shot!! Sorry no more for me.
