I had a lengthy session with Josh and I appreciate the time he gave me. He seems to be a great listener in that he didn't interrupt me while I was trying to let him know about me. I am 74 yrs old with thyroid issues and on heart meds. This means I can work myself to no end and lose 5-10 calories.
