Dr Joshua R Chou has been my PCP for several yrs. He listens well & takes time to address my issues.On March 2025, one of my lab results was positive & I was told to follow up. I ignored it, since I didn't have any symptoms. His staff tried calling many time & finally got me into his office in June. Truly with Dr Chou's concerns & persistence along with great referrals to see specialists, they found that I have colon cancer. Since surgery in Oct, I've recovered well & SO grateful to be alive! Dr Chou has been my PCP for five years now and he is a very pleasant and attentive doctor. Very easy to talk to any has been very helpful with everything I've needed from him.

My first time in having the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chou about a month ago. He was covering for my regular PCP. He literally spent about 30 minutes with me regarding my health issue, he was thorough in going over all visits, test results with previous doctors, I felt he truly had a genuine care about my health and it shows he loves his job caring for patients. My husband is diabetic having to inject himself 3 or 4 times a day. We are new to UhC coming from a Kaiser so it’s been a hard adjustment. (Kaiser has an amazing computer system). My husband needed his insulin and cvs kept trying to contact his office several times to get my husbands insulin but Dr Chou office did not respond.
