Josh is amazing. I am extremely happy that Josh reached out when I inquired about a property on Zillow. I was transferring from California to Spokane and needed help finding a home. Of course this move needed to happen on a short amount of time and during a pandemic. Buying a home is huge and sometimes life doesn't let things happen in a traditional way. If you want a realtor that calls you back, answers your 100th question as fast as your first and has the knowledge to walk you through the home buying process Josh is the guy you want helping you buy or sell a home. I had a great time working with him to buy my house until next time Josh!
